- I have a Lexmark All-in-One and I just replaced the ink. I am getting skipped lines I have cleaned the head several times and also cleaned off the rollers. The color ink is fine save for the black. My test page also has skipped horizontal lines. What else should I do to get it working?

- My printer says that my cartridges are completely empty, but I have just refilled them. It is a Lexmark X3550. I popped the lid, cleaned the outside of the cartridges and put them back in. Said to remove the tape from my ink. I have refilled Lexmark printers before although not this particular model. The cartridges are in right and no settings have been changed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I just get an error message that the cartridge is empty and can't print.?
