- I finally found and downloaded the driver for my printer. It is a Lexmark x1150. Now when I try to 'RUN' it, I get another error message: 'Can't create Lexmark file c:/lxk/1100/drivers/WIN_XP2K/ENGLISH/_is... "Does anyone know how I can get it?
- Ok, I admittedly I brought my Lexmark Z615 printer second hand with half filled ink cartridges and after setting it up the thing wont print. The paper runs through it but nothing comes out on the paper, I've tried cleaning the nozzles through the software etc. My dad advised me that maybe the ink has hardened as it has not been used for so long and has clogged up the 'jets' in the printer. Could he be right and does this mean its knackered?

- I picked up an old Lexmark 3200 Color Jetprinter. I only use a color printer very occasionally so I didn't want to spend much. It powers up OK, and I managed to find an XP driver that seems to work fine, the printer is in the control panel and all seems well. The only slight problem is no printing! Plain text and test prints come out completely blank, and when I tried a test image which has grey and colour scales all I got was a bit of grey streaking. Do just need to get new ink cartridges, or is there another problem?

When I replaced the ink cartridges, the color stopped working for me I have checked the settings, and everything seems to be fine. I have also bought and replaced my ink cartridges 3 times but I still can't print color. I have cleaned the print heads and also the chip contacts inside the printer but all to no end. Can anyone help me with this?
