- My Lexmark x85 printer has stopped working properly. Both cartridges are full, but I can't print in black. Could my cartridge be defective?
- I have a Lexmark z611 that's printing very streaky documents. I thought maybe the ink cartiridge needed to be replaced, even though the ink level monitor still said I had about 1/4 of the ink left. A new ink cartridge didn't solve the problem, so I tried to clean the print heads using the 'clean' function. The test page came back with some lines perfectly clear and solid, others exceptionally streaky. I've cleaned 5-6 times in the past 2 days, and the problem is not improving. Any suggestions?
- I just bought the Lexmark E120 today. Salesman didn't tell me the USB cord needed to be bought separately, so I've used the cord from my LaCie HDD to connect it to my PC. Installation CD wouldn't work, so I downloaded the drivers from the Lexmark website. It seems to have installed properly, but when I try to print anything, it doesn't seem to send to the printer. When I open the Printers status, it says 'Error - Printing' or 'Error - Sent to printer'. I can print a test page using the button on the printer, but can't print one using a computer command.
