• When I print with my HP LaserJet 2300, this black smudge of toner goes all the way down my page, right down the center the thickest and then fades out to the sides. I tried cleaning the paper path and print cartridge areas, the little transfer roller had lots of residue that I cleaned off and that didnt work. and i also ran a cleaning page through. What seems to be the problem?

• I have an HP PSC 1315 all-in-one and it was working fine a few days ago. But around yesterday, the light by the 'check print cartridges' won't stop flashing. Everytime I open the cover and remove them, a box pops up that says an error has occured .
