- I have an HP Deskjet 6980 printer and it is not working. The problem with the printer is that the power light, return (paper) light, and both ink cartridge lights are blinking. - I put a new black ink cartridge in my HP deskjet 3650 printer last week. It was fine, until I printed out a very colourful and quite detailed page (which took much longer than normal).
