- I have a bit of a problem with my Epson DX4850. I'm printing some work out that has a Black and Navy colour scheme to it. I print it and it's all in shades of red. All my ink cartridges are full as they're brand new. When I tested it in in Notepad, and I print something, it's in black. Which makes me think it's a problem with Word 2007, but when I go to print, and the print preview comes up it's in the right colour but my printers not listening to it.
