epson related FAQ- My Epson Stylus D92 is printing but needs new ink. When I press the red light button (which does not light up anymore) nothing happens and therefore the cartridge will not move across to a position where I can change the ink. I have tried a new cable but no difference. Is the printer totally broken or is there anything I can do?
- I replaced the magenta ink in my Epson printer yesterday (it's a genuine Epson ink cartridge), and ever since then my printer is refusing to print in colour. It prints everything out in black and white. I've made sure the printing settings isn't set to black ink only and I've cleaned the heads. I'm not sure what else to do.?
- The color ink cartridge is expended in my Epson Stylus printer even though I print in black only. What seems to be the problem?
- My Epson printer is only printing in dark red. Why is this so?
- I recently purchased an Epson r265.. I went and bought a CISS ink system for the printer, it worked amazingly for 2 days, then it stopped working. I have tried the head cleaning software repeatedly, physically cleaned the heads, have left it overnight, and used syringes on cartridges to ensure that there are no air bubbles. But it still won't print. The printer attempts the print as normal, however, no ink comes out.?
- I have an Epson DX4400 all-in One printer/scanner. The yellow ink cartridge is empty, or not working. When I try to get the cartridge holder to go to the refill position by pressing the stop button as per the manual, it ignores the instruction and does not move to the refill position, if you hold the button down too long, it just starts a head cleaning process. Any ideas as to the solution to getting the heads to the refill position manually. I am using compatible ink cartridges, and I realize this may cause the problem.?
- Is it possible to refill the ink in my Epson printer?
- Epson printer problem: Don't want to use color ink cartridges. Is it okay to have 3 empty cartridge holders?
- What should be done if the printouts from my Epson ink cartridges have horizontal white lines through them or are missing colors?
- I have an Epson C62 printer, which uses both a black and a color cartridge. Recently, the color cartridge went dry and the printer stopped printing, this despite the fact that I directed the system to continue to print in black ink only. I thought the Epson would operate as long as there was ink in, at least, one of the cartridges. Am I wrong about this or is my printer defective Does the printer require that both cartridges be present, with sufficient ink in them, to operate properly?
