• I can't seem to work my Print Manager Software for my Epson printer in Windows XP. What can be done?

• I have an Epson C42UX printer which I am having problems with, the quality of my printouts are poor including horizontal lines appearing when I print in economy. I have ran the nozzle check and head cleaning programs several times with varying results: Sometimes the black hardly prints out, and sometimes it does. This is the same for the rest of the colors.?
