epson related FAQ- I just installed a new black ink cartridge for my printer. However, when i print, the document has faded black letters and is eventually vanishing. I know that the problem lies with the ink cartridge. My printer is an Epson Stylus and my cartridge is a T038 Black.?
- I have an Epson C66 printer, and I returned a cartridge to get the proper Epson ink cartridge for my computer, however even when I print now none of the colours show up except for a faint blue! It says that all of the colours are full though. I haven't printed probably for a couple months, but still I just replaced the black so it should've worked! Any ideas( All of the cartridges are Epson brand)?
- I have this Epson Stylus C64 printer from my attic, and I haven't used it in a while. I just got the black ink refilled. Since then, when I try to print it doesnt put anything on the paper. It will go through the motions of printing, and I can see the ink holder thing going back and forth over the printer but nothing comes out on the paper. I have aligned the print heads, cleaned the print heads, and then i did the test to see if they aligned.?
- Although my Epson c88+ is old, the printer itself was never used. It came free with a computer. We already had a printer from an old computer so the printer sat in the box on a shelf. I recently needed the printer for sublimation ink so I set it up. The printer uses smart cartridges and sublimation ink, so there should be no reason for it to be leaking all over the place. It wasn't a big deal--a small blob here, a few dots there--but now its gotten worse. I can't print anything without the edges and random spots in the middle of the page getting covered in ink. It looks like black ink but it could be all the colors together. I opened the printer and found that there was a lot of ink leakage. I cleaned up what I could with paper towels, q-tips, etc., but it's so hard to get it all. Now I'm looking for a more definite solution.?
- Can anyone send me a chip resetting software for Epson stylus C58 so that i can refill cartridges and use it?
- Why did my CIS cartridges drain the ink from my Epson printer?
- I have an Epson C59, and my cyan and magenta cartridges don't print anymore. Only the yellow and black color print out. I've tried the head cleaning utility multiple times, but it doesn't work. What should I do?
- Would be there any problems if my full cartridge is removed from my Epson printer and reinserted again?
- My second Epson C86 has bitten the dust within 2.5 years. The heads are clogged and I'm tired of trying every solution under the sun, not to mention spending hundreds of dollars on ink due to all the head cleanings! I only need a printer for kids homework basically, and don't care about speed or quality photos. I just want something to print when I need it, which may only be once every week or two, without being clogged. I think a laser may be overkill, so I guess I'm looking at either Canon or HP inkjets, huh Do lasers also clog from lack of use Any comments for this type of usage fyi, I don't mind spending up to $250 as long as I know it will last.?
- I am looking to try some compatible cartridges for my Epson C84. How do compatible cartridges compare with the original EPSON cartridges?
