epson related FAQ- I just purchased some generic ink cartridges for my printer, put them all in and now the printer won't print properly. I've cleaned the heads and did several nozzle checks, but all i'm getting is a faint blue print. It said on the instructions that when they were installed that the 'system will mention that they are not genuine' which it didn't. and that i was supposed to check 'no' so the system recognises the chip. I didn't get the option to do that. It's an Epson rx510.?
- My Epson DX6000 will not let me put me ink cartridges in. It's sending a message that I have an incompatible ink cartridge, but it is the same as the one I had before.?
- I have an Epson RX595 that takes 6 ink cartridges! I need to replace the ink in each, except the black. Can I still print without having to fill the other inks up It not letting me print until i have the others filled! Is there a way around this ?
- My printer is an Epson Stylus C64. The black, blue and pink ink cartridges are full, just the yellow is out. I just want to print in black and white. Is that possible?
- My Epson c88+ is leaking ink. I've only used it a few times, too. It sat up in storage for quite some time before that. Could that have anything to do with it?

- Word doesn't recognize my Epson Stylus c92 printer. How do I fix this?
- Do I REALLY have to trash my Epson C84 Printer It won't print. It acts like it's printing. The paper feeds just fine, it makes all the cool 'printer' sounds, etc. But it lays down no ink on the paper, although I have plenty of ink, all colors and black. I ran the head cleaning, nozzle check and head alignment utility. Does anyone have any idea why my printer worked great one day and then, suddenly, it lies about the fact that it's actually printing :o?
- Does an Epson CX6600 have a 'sponge card' My sister tells me that her Brother printer needs a new 'sponge card'. She says the sponge is used to soak up unwanted ink. My Epson CX6600 seems to flush the ink cartridges on power-up, and as the ink has to go somewhere, I assume it must have a sponge card too.?
