epson related FAQ- I've got an Epson R2400, the photo prints look great on Epson paper; but I'm having trouble printing on plain paper. The prints look like someone just smeared some dull ink over the paper. There is no gradients in the colors, no detail and looks very dark and muddy. Does anyone know how to make it print properly on plain paper?
- What are the printing tasks that the DURABrite ink can handle?
- I have an Epson Stylus CX3810. Early in its life (1.5 years ago or so), it printed very high quality stuff, even great photos. I just replaced all of my ink (brand new, not recycled, Epson cartridges), but those nasty horizontal lines keep appearing. On a regular photo, they're red/orange, and on a black silhouette, they're white. I tried the head cleaner twice, but the quality is still the same.?
- Epson Stylus C88 printer won't show status of cartridge levels. I don't know which one has run out.?
- I replaced the magenta ink in my Epson printer yesterday (it's a genuine Epson ink cartridge), and ever since then my printer is refusing to print in colour. It prints everything out in black and white. I've made sure the printing settings isn't set to black ink only and I've cleaned the heads. I'm not sure what else to do.?
- Epson printer doesn't recognize the new cartridges
?
- How many 10x15cm full colour photos can I print per cartridge set on an Epson R300 Printer I need to work out the cost per page when printing on 'Premium Glossy' photo paper. 10x15cm/6'x4'' prints in full color.?
- What do I do if I see a "New Hardware Found" window before I install my Epson Stylus printer software with a printer connection?
- I have the Epson Stylus Photo R1800 printer, and every time I print, it is missing out lines in my text. I know that the problem lies in the black ink cartridge. I have cleaned the printheads, changed the cartridges but I still get no difference! Does anyone one know how I can solve this problem Many thanks?
- I have an Epson Stylus CX5500 3-in-1 printer. After one Black ink cartridge was expended, I bought NEW GENUINE ink cartridge from Epson. But, this ink cartridge was not recognized by printer. It gave me error message, 'The installed ink cartridge is incompatible with this printer', and it asked me to replace it. However, I found that Epson printer software (status monitor) can correctly display this new ink cartridge information, including ink type, cartridge code, and production date. Another fact is that printer can still correctly recognize the old ink cartridge. I can make sure that this problem was not caused by my operation error and the new ink cartridge was not damaged. It sounds like a joke, Can anybody give me help?
