• My Epson C62 refuses to print. I took the ink carrier that has the print head foil on the bottom out of the machine, I soaked it in Isopropyl for a week I then flushed the three ink ports through until they ran clear. I fitted new cartridges then put it through the head cleaning program 6 times and on inspection the overflow reservoir was soaked with ink.
