• I have an Epson Stylus CX5500 3-in-1 printer. After one Black ink cartridge was expended, I bought NEW GENUINE ink cartridge from Epson. But, this ink cartridge was not recognized by printer. It gave me error message, 'The installed ink cartridge is incompatible with this printer', and it asked me to replace it. However, I found that Epson printer software (status monitor) can correctly display this new ink cartridge information, including ink type, cartridge code, and production date. Another fact is that printer can still correctly recognize the old ink cartridge. I can make sure that this problem was not caused by my operation error and the new ink cartridge was not damaged. It sounds like a joke, Can anybody give me help?
• I have an Epson Stylus DX8400 linked to a Mac and a PC via a Belkin hub. When I print anything from the PC it prints perfectly but when I print from the Mac, everything is out of register.
