• I have an Epson Stylus C86 and the pages come out yellow rather than the color it's suppossed to be. I've done a nozzle cleaning and recently replaced the ink cartridges. I've basically done everything the online help site has recommended. Is there anything else I can do to fix it?

• I have an Epson DX4400 all in one printer scanner. The yellow ink cartridge is empty, or not working. When I try to get the cartridge holder to go to the refill position by pressing the stop button as per the manual, it ignores the instruction and does not move to the refill position, if you hold the button down to long it just starts a head cleaning process.
