• I have an Epson Stylus C86 I just bought a new black ink cartridge for it. When I print a document, the color cartridges print, but the black does not. I'm not sure why. I've changed ink cartridges a hundred times in this. The paper acts like it's printing, but then comes out blank. No error message or anything like that, and the black ink cartridge is recognized by the computer as full. It's possible that my wife changed the settings, but she's not sure.
