- My Dell printer isn't new and the ink cartridges are not new but still half full. I tried printing out a document and it had white streaks and fading on it. So we cleaned the cartridges and aligned them about 5 times and they still won't align and the white streaks are still there. What do I do?
- I just bought a brand new color #57 cartridge for my HP 7660 printer because I had an issue with the old one and I thought buying a new one would fix the problem. I have taken a cotton swap and alcohol to the electric connections and where the ink exits the cartridge. I also cleaned the connection in the printer. My #56 works perfect. But when I put the #57 in I get a message saying: 'one or more cartridges have failed remove all cartridges , then reinsert each cartridge by itself and close the cover to see if it has failed.' Been there, done that, and the message says for #57 'it failed' and 'remove to use back-up' (black #56 I assume). Still a crappy #57. Please help. Trying to avoid warranty stuff with the date on the cartridge too.?

- I have a Dell desktop that is a few years old (running XP Home) in my kitchen that uses a wireless connection to connect to my hub to access my printer and cable modem.
