• I have a Dell Photo Printer 720 and I can't get anything to print in color. The color cartridge is almost full, and I have used very little ink out of it. It only stopped printing in color after I replaced the black cartridge. I went through the steps in the maintenance section of the printer section in the control panel, and I selected 'old' color and 'new' black' I've even done it with 'new' of both, and it still wont work. This is my default printer on Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions on what do I did the clean the head thing through the maintenance section but nothing is working. I've tried doing the 'print alignment test page' too, and the last line (the one in color) still will not print. Nothing is printing in color.?

My current black and color ink cartridges are on their 2nd refill, and seemed to work for a little bit after reinstalling them. I have tried cleaning them, troubleshooting, etc. The only thing that worries me is that I can see ink blots on the bottom of the ink cartridge (I don't know if this is normal), and my computer doesn't recognize that the color cartridge is even there.
