• I recently installed new ink cartridges for my Brother MFC3240C. When I tried to print a document, it says 'near black empty' when it's not. I've done 2 test prints and all the ink colors are okay except that the yellow is not working. How can I fix this?
• Last year, I used my Brother HL-2040 laser printer at least one per week (not a lot). Over the summer, I didn't use it at all. This year, when I went to print a page, it comes out with these black spots on every page. All the dots on the left *should* look alike, as with the ones on the right.
