EPSON related FAQ- I can print from my Epson printer clearly with MS-DOS application, but I am getting garbage from my Windows word applications. What is the problem?
- I have an Epson SX205 All-in-One printer, and all the ink colours and black are seperate cartridges. My magenta ink is empty, but the document I am trying to print is black and white, and my black ink is full and working. The document has stopped halfway through and now won't print at all. Any suggestions?
- What are benefits of Epson Durabrite ink. ?
- My Epson dx7450 series won't let me print black ink. It has a full cartridge and also shows full but won't print anything black. I have tried nozzle check and head cleaning. Nothing seems to work.?
- What is wrong with my Epson Stylus CX4800 All-in-One Printer/Scanner For some reason my printer/scanner is acting really strange. It won't print or scan. What's even more unusual is the fact that a printing error box doesn't even appear on my screen. Once I turn it on, these three lights are on. Not flashing, but just on: 1. The On-button light. 2. The Ink light (even though there is still plenty of ink in the cartridges). 3. In the box where you indicate the number of copies you want to make, there is a '1'. 4. The Photo Paper light. 5. The 'Letter' light. 6. The 'Fit to Page' light. When I try to print files, the files are sent to the printing queue, and its status says that it is printing, but nothing is happening! Someone please help.?
- I'm new to digital photography printing. I've worked with digital cameras for some time now but the printing has just started. I've bought an Epson Stylus Photo R290 printer and have installed one of those outside ink cartridges ( sorry but don't know what they are called ), the ones feeding the cartridges inside the printer with tubes. any way's, the people were I got the printer from, told me to use WOX ink and said that it was pigment ink and that it would last up to 100 years. please tell me if you have used this ink, whether it really is pigment, and if there is any better ink out there that I could use. and whats the difference between pigment and dye, which is better?
- I have an Epson Stylus 925, and I just got replacement ink in the cartridge. It is printing pink lines all over the pictures. Why is this happening I have cleaned the heads, nozzles and done all the cleaning on the utility screen.?
- Epson Stylus C88 printer won't show status of cartridge levels. I don't know which one has run out.?
- I have an Epson Stylus c64 printer and I got a cable that has the USB end so I can plug it into my laptop. Every time I try to print something, the ink cartridges go across the paper, but nothing prints. I've had the printer clean itself and it seems functional -so it's not the ink. Somehow the message of what to print isn't going to the printer. What do I do?
- I'm using an Epson CX4600 which I started using again after letting it gather dust for a few years. I replaced the ink and tried to print something out, but all that came out were a few faint pink lines. I can't even print with black ink. Well, given the fact that the printer hasn't been used in a while, and the expiry date of my 'new' ink cartridges was on Aug. 2007 (been sitting on the shelf too), I know it's either of these two things that's causing the problem. I just want to be assured that there's nothing mechanically wrong with this printer. What do you guys think P.S. I already tried the all the Maintenance Functions (cleaning, aligning, etc.) several times to no avail. Please tell me that it's just the ink or dust!?
