- My Brother printer greys out my print documents.?
- The printer is a Brother DCP-7020 that's a few years old. The drum and toner came in the original sealed package so I know it is brand new. Brother's FAQ said to remove the toner, swish it from side to side, and clean the wire on the drum. The problem does not go away even after I try this. Could it be something wrong with the inside of the printer I tried the drum and toner in another Brother printer and there is no error message.?
