Return Policy

Special terms apply for ink/toner cartridges, papers, printers and other printer supplies. All other items (items that are not a printer/copier/fax supply) purchased through our store are special-order items. Sales of special-order items are final.

All returns/exchanges require an RMA number. If an item or package is returned without a valid RMA number, PrintCountry cannot process the refund or exchange. Packages returned to us without an RMA number, even when an address is used, are received as a recycled item. We process recycled empty cartridge in the same location and all packages that are returned to us without a valid RMA will be processed as recycling of empty cartridges.

In the event that we are able to find the items returned without an RMA number, and the return is a valid return, orders are still subject to restocking fees. Shipping fees cannot be refunded if no RMA number was obtained and the package is found.

In the event that the information for an order that is already shipped was given wrong by the customer (incorrect shipping address, wrong items), the customer is responsible for returning the items, and paying for any shipping charges and restocking fees that apply to that particular order.

** Items like OEM products and special case items (any items that have notices, special case indications, compatible tables, their own instructions embedded in the product offering) have different return policies. All OEM items once outside packages are open, are not returnable. Manufacturers' warranty apply. All special compatible and remanufactured items like CLI-8 (No Chip) and T069 Epson Remanufatured or Compatible cartridges are also not returnable. We have the discreation to accept returns on all OEM and special item cases (like T069s, CLI-8 etc...) and all applicable shipping, restocking fees will apply if there are any returns. All insufficient address, return to sender, no such address type of returns or intentional rejects will be charged shipping and restocking fee. Also if there is any additional shipping required (such as shipping to correct address), there will be additional shipping charge.

INK / TONER CARTRIDGES Return Policy

We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. Our only exceptions are OEM cartridges (due to the restrictions imposed by the manufacturers to all retailers) and opened refill kits.

Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number and return your cartridge or laser toner for a refund. The following terms apply:

Return Policy Periods:

Compatible & remanufactured inkjet cartridges (except samples), inkjet refill kits (unused), photo paper: 6 months
Remanufactured & compatible toner cartridges & drums: 6 months
Any & ALL OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products in original unopened box: 30 days
Printers (See separate policy below)
All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that PrintCountry shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged $4.95 (or the exact shipping charge if the actual charge exceeds $4.95) for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.
A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the customer. Wrongly ordered items must be unopened in order to be returned back.
A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
A 15% return fee will apply if customer is provided troubleshooting steps, and if he or she is unwilling to try before returning the product.
Original OEM cartridges are non-refundable once the inside packaging is opened AND/OR the time of the return is past our return policy period for OEMs (30 days).
Refill kits are not returnable once they are opened and used.
Chip resetters, unless they are defective, are not returnable once they are opened, and will not be refunded or exchanged for another item.
All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.
Please complete our Return Form to obtain a RMA number.

Name brand OEM cartridges (Such as Canon, Compaq, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges under any circumstance.

We recommend using a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.

Exchanges
If at any time within 35 days of the sales receipt date you are dissatisfied with the performance of our cartridges, we will replace the cartridge. The following terms apply:

All exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Packaging Errors
If you received incorrect item(s), please contact us by filling out the form at the Ask a Question Section. We will immediately correct our mistake at no cost to you.

PRINTER Return Policy

The following terms are imposed by the printer manufacturers. Please follow them strictly for a refund.

Returned cartons that do not meet the following conditions will be returned to you with a $50 processing fee and return freight charged to your account:

The product is in resalable condition and is not damaged.
The product is returned in its original manufacturer's packaging. Unauthorized products will be returned to you with a $50 processing fee and return freight charged to your account.
Product must be unused.
Product must be complete and in manufacturer's original packaging, with no visible damage (e.g. rips, tears, compressions, holes or dents).
You return the product freight-prepaid.
All seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken.
There must be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging.
There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's packaging.
If a carton is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap and the top of the carton.
All products, including the manufacturer carton(s), should be packed into an additional shipping carton to help prevent damage while in transit.
The RMA number must appear on the shipping label only, not on or inside the carton. Any carton received without an RMA number on the shipping label will be returned to the customer.
To ensure proper identification of your RMA #, please place the RMA # in the following format on your shipping label: RMA # XX-XXXXX. Missing or transposed digits render a RMA # invalid.
The RMA must reach our warehouse within 20 calendar days of the RMA date, or the carton will be returned to the customer.
Merchandise must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in transit.

If all criteria are met, PrintCountry will issue a credit memo to your account.

Shipping Policy

PrintCountry offers free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.00 (after any applicable taxes and discounts). In order to make your shopping experience more dependable and affordable, PrintCountry utilizes USPS Priority Mail/FedEx/UPS/DHL depending on the weight and location. For the customers who desire faster service, we offer Priority Upgrade option during checkout.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same business day1.
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays will be processed the next business day1.

Price Information

Otherwise stated explicitly, all prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and subject to change at PrintCountry's discretion.

Sales Tax

State and local sales taxes will be charged on purchases of taxable merchandise based on the destination of the shipment. PrintCountry shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipment Risk

All orders sent from PrintCountry are subject to a shipment contract, where the risk of shipment loss is passed to the customer upon PrintCountry's delivery to the shipping carrier.

Kids

PrintCountry does not sell products for purchase to kids. We may sell kids' products for purchase by adults with a credit card or other type of payments. If you are under 18, you may use PrintCountry only with involvement of a parent or guardian, who is over the age of 18.

PrintCountry Rights to Materials Provided by Users

PrintCountry welcomes your comments regarding our merchandise and services, including the Site. However, any or all material and information provided by you to the Site may be included in a database owned by PrintCountry and its subsidiaries and affiliates in which we have rights and interest, including but not limited to, the compilation copyright.
