For this last order, I was afraid I was going to run out of ink before you could get a package off to me. I purchased a new cartridge (since I'd be needing one soon due to max refilling). However, your package arrived before I ran out of ink. My printer is now refusing to recognize the brand new HP cartridge I purchased ..... go figure!
