Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from Non-profits, schools, goverment organization and corporations. Please go ahead and fill both forms if it is the first time you are ordering with us. If you already have an account with us, just go ahead and send the online order form as your Purchase Order. We need you to fill the invoicing form only once. Please allow 1-2 days for processing your credit form after we receive your fax or mail. If you need urgent processing please call us right after you send us the fax or email.
