"1. The products are displayed and written about in a very clear mannor on your website. 2. You offer CHOICES on how to ship an order, AS WELL AS offering delivery tracking information! (Most other on-line discount cartridge companies don't even both to offer this wonderful feature. I believe that if I'm going to spend over $100.00 on printer cartridges, then I want, (and SHOULD be able) to track the shipment!) 3. Because your company received a satisfactory rating by the BBB, (a rating I look for when purchasing any product on the internet), I felt comfortable and at ease doing business with your company.
