"I would especially like to point out that your customer service rep, Michelle, was extremely professional & curteous over a problem I had when my "ink supply" showed me that I only had about 1/2 displayed when all my previous orders had shown a "full tank". Michelle was kind enough to e-mail me a possible solution. I won't know until one day when its out.
