"my order was perfect...but I recieved a new printer for my birthday.8/7/06..when I called print country and explained..and asked if I could return and get different cartriges to fit my new printer...print country was MORE than helpful and assisted me with what to do...I am very impressed...and presently awaiting the new cartriges to come my way...
