I am very surprised by the quality of customer service at your company. I was originally interested because of the savings available on the product. But I found the ordering process very easy, and I received it in 2 business days, which was less than I was told. This alone was enough to make me come back for any of my printing needs. But when I saw the email to make sure I have received my order this proved you are a company worth working with. Although I haven’t run out of my old ink yet to try out the new cartridges I am very satisfied with your company and will be ordering in the future.
