How to Earn Happy Points

Earning reward points has never been this easy. At PrintCountry you get points not only for placing orders, but also for opening an account, filling out a survey, referring us to a friend, etc... It's that simple! Plus your points never expire!

When you are placing your order, check the box on the right side of the shopping cart to see how much points you will get. We calculate points based on your order total, excluding shipping charges and taxes.

Below is the list of actions and points you can earn. From time to time we will be adding new quick and easy ways to earn points.

FREE Standard Shipping for First Orders

If you are a new customer and if you create an account during the checkout you'll receive "FREE Standard Shipping" for your first order along with the happy reward points you earn. Your order must equal $30 or more and be eligible for Standard Shipping*.

Please select Standard Shipping option during the checkout. Free shipping will apply to your order at the end of the checkout.

*Standard Shipping eligibilty is based on your order weight and shipping zip code. For more details see shipping policy.

Levels

Levels are determined based on collected points during the last 12 months. Every month each reward account level will be updated based on this calculation. All new customers start with level Silver. You can see your level under "Rewards" tab in your account.

Silver	0 - 4999
Gold	5000 - 9,999
Platinum	10,000+

Remember! you earn more happy points if you're in Gold or Platinum level. See "How to Earn Happy Points" chart above.

How to Redeem Your Points

Here is the happiest part! Once you have acculmulated at least 5000 points, you can redeem them anytime within your account. Simply sign-in to your account and click "Redeem" button under the Rewards tab. Once points are redeemed, a special PrintCountry.com eGift Card code will be generated for you. You can keep accumulating points to get a bigger reward.

FAQs

- How can I sign up for PrintCountry.com Rewards Program?
Answer: All you have to do is to create an account during the checkout. If you already have one, then you're automatically enrolled. If you're not ready to checkout you can also create an account by clicking here.

- I just placed an order but I cannot see my points in the account page.
Answer: Your points will be added to your account after 14 days we ship your order.

- How do I get my reward points if I place my order through Google Checkout ® or Amazon Checkout ® ?
Answer: Google Checkout® and Amazon Checkout® users needs to complete their account activation. To do so, please follow the instructions on the email we will be sending in order to receive your points.

- Can I get points from shipping or tax fees?
Answer: Shipping charges and taxes are not included the point calculation.

- Will my points expire?
Answer: No. Your points will not expire. That's why they are happy points.

- I have accumulated 12,000 points so far. Will my level change if I redeem all or part of them?
Answer: No. Your level will not change if you redeem either part or all of them. Your level is determined based on collected points over the last 12 months.

- My level was "Gold" last month but now it's Silver again. What happened?
Answer: Levels are updated every month based on the collected points during last 12 months. So if the total of collected points are less than 5000 you account will be now in Silver level.

- Where can I find the survey to fill out in order to earn reward points?
Answer: You'll receive an email about the survey after we ship your order. Simply follow to instructions on the email to earn reward points.

- How can I earn points by liking PrintCountry Page on Facebook?
Answer: Simply click "Like Us on Facebook" button in your order confirmation email. You'll be redirected to our Facebook Page. Please click "Like" button on that page. We will send you a confirmation email about points added to your account. Please remember that you can only earn 50 points for the first time you click the button on the email.

Terms & Conditions

• Earned point are awarded 14 days after the order has been shipped to the account used during the checkout.
• No points will be transfered if you request to merge any two accounts. No exceptions!
• All phone orders, offline orders and orders that are placed without creating an account are excluded.
• If no account is used and/or created drung the checkout, no points will be awarded.
• If customer returns/cancels the order after the points awarded, the calculated points will be deducted.
• PrintCountry.com eGift cards cannot be cashed, exchanged and combined with any other promotion.
• PrintCountry.com has rights to change the "point" and "level" calculation any time without any notice.
• In case of abuse, PrintCountry.com has rights to remove points from any account, anytime without any notice.
• All Points remain valid while the above Reward program exits.
