How does INKMAIL Service
work?
1. Order an INKMAIL
from PrintCountry.com
Please make sure to order Color INKMAIL for
Color Cartridge and Black INKMAIL for Black Cartridge.
2. We will ship you the INKMAIL.
Keep the INKMAIL package on hand until your cartridge is
empty.
3. When your ink cartridge is empty, open the INKMAIL.
Assemble the mailer using the easy instructions.
Each INKMAIL contains all you need (Except the empty cartridge
to refill). Each INKMAIL includes:

Plastic bag for your empty
cartridge

return the cartridge back to you)

Receipt (6 digit ID number
to track your cartridge refill process)

Authorization (RMA) label to use if you get a defective

An INKMAIL DOES NOT include an empty cartridge. YOU MUST
HAVE A USED/EMPTY CARTRIDGE ON HAND to use this service. WE DO
NOT PROVIDE EMPTY CARTRIDGES. Each INKMAIL is good for one
use only.
4. Follow the simple instructions to assemble your INKMAIL
mailing box.
Don't forget to
write your name and return address on the Return Address
Label. Detach the numbered Receipt
from the Return Address Label.
IMPORTANT! Keep this receipt in a safe place for your records.
You will use this number to track your refilling and all
customer service issues if needed.

5. Place your empty cartridge in the Recloseable Plastic Bag and
then place the cartridge in the mailing box. Seal the mailer
with the box tab.
To
protect the print head, consider wrapping the cartridge
(already in the plastic bag) with a paper towel before putting
it in the box. Please avoid touching the print head and the other electronics
found on the cartridge.
6. Drop the box in the mail.
No
additional postage is required.
The cartridge will be refilled
(with quality ink up-to the maximum capacity) for you at recycle
facility and print tested to ensure high performance. Then it
will be send back to you with US Postal Service. Usually it will
take less than 2-3 days to send you back the cartridge, but
please allow 10 business days for the
entire process.
If your cartridge is found to be
unserviceable (the cartridge has worn out, defective or not a
covered cartridge model listed) INKMAIL will not replace your
cartridge but will send you a new INKMAIL to use at no
additional charge.
INKMAIL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Each INKMAIL remanufactured
inkjet cartridge is guaranteed for its useful life.
If you get a defective cartridge back or have a printing
problem that you can not correct use the RMA label included in
your INKMAIL box to return the defective cartridge for testing
and evaluation back to the recycling facility.
This process can take up to 2 weeks so please see our FAQ
sections to correct any minor problems by visiting our help

If your cartridge can be repaired, it will be returned to you.
If your cartridge has simply reached the end of its useful
life, was not more than 75% used when returned, and meets
other warranty conditions, INKMAIL will send you another
mailer to remanufacture another cartridge at no charge.
INKMAIL will not replace
cartridges when they become "unserviceable" since all inkjet
cartridges will eventually wear out.
INKMAIL will not replace cartridges that are lost in the mail.
However a replacement mailer will be sent to you and the lost
mailer will be flagged and deactivated.
INKMAIL warranty is limited to INKMAIL products only. INKMAIL
does not accept cartridges recycled by other companies.
INKMAIL also does not accept cartridges as returns if the
INKMAIL authorized label has been removed. Warranties also do
not cover printer repairs performed by persons other than
INKMAIL authorized personnel.
The fastest, most cost
effective, and most environmentally friendly way for you to
return a cartridge is to clearly mark it as defective and
return it in the box you received it in using the RMA Label.
If you do not have the original box you may use any small box
along with the RMA Label.

Each INKMAIL you purchase is
good for to refill your cartridge ONCE. You need to buy new
INKMAIL to get a new refill service for your cartridge.
No you don’t. As long as the
cartridge model is included in the serviceable cartridge list
(link to cartridge list in new window) then you will only need
to make sure that you are using a black or color INKMAIL
depending on the cartridge.
Once you receive your INKMAIL,
you will not need to pay anything additional for shipping
charges. Your shipping to and from the recycling facility is
all prepaid when you buy the service. The shipping is done
with US First Class Mail.
All customer service related to
INKMAIL is done by the use of 6-Digit Receipt ID number you
receive with your INKMAIL. Please keep that number safe and
communicate with us when you need to refer your INKMAIL
