1. What is your Shipping Policy?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please visit our Shipping Policy section for more information.

2. Can you ship my order to a different address than my credit card billing address?
There is an option to select your shipment address at our check out and you may choose any continental USA address.

3. Do I have to be home to receive my shipment?
For your convenience, the US Postal Service will leave the package at your mailbox or if you prefer you may have your package shipped to your business address. In case we ship with other carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL, proper instructions will be left at your door. Generally, toner cartridges are shipped with FedEx and UPS.

4. How do I know if the items I want are available?
We carry 98% of our product in stock. However if any items become unavailable or back ordered, you will be contacted immediately by phone or by email.
