I"ve had an hp 5510 all in one since they first came out with them & after 15yr's I bought this new printer to upgrade from my old 5510 & I was supprised by the performance of this unit, At first when I took it out of the box it seamed cheep made & I didn't like how flexable the top try was & the front panel was just as cheep made !
So I read the directions & set it up in about 10 min and wow was I supprised on the quailty of the prints on plain paper, I then loaded some photo paper & began to do my work as I am a professional photographer & quailty counts, so once showing my work to a client I was contracted to do more, I"am very pleased with this printer & it does a very good job for me & I would recomend that anyone who is looking for a good printer on a budget to buy this printer !

Officejet 4500 seems ok so far. Watch out for the flat bed. I find the flat bed door heavy and should have been supported better so it won't slam down.
I don't understand how its set to go into sleep mode yet but I hope to see if it can be changed..I upgraded from a C3800 series and so far (4 days) am happy.
