The HP LJ1010 is certainly a beautiful beast, but her perks are more than skin deep. There are a number of things that make the HP LJ1010 stand from other printers: First, and perhaps most famously, there is her speed. The HP LJ1010 is capable of printing some 12 pages in one minute, and with a quality of some 600dpi, she's able to produce professional quality documents, at unprofessional prices - giving us great looking documents, day in, day out. If that wasn't enough, the HP LJ1010 has a memory of 8mb, which makes her unlikely to forget any of the demands we make of her! She's also very quite, allowing us to be good neighbours. Finally, a paper tray capacity of 150 pages, gives us our ultra-long range capability, allowing me to leave the HP LJ1010 to print my lengthy documents while I go downstairs to make a cup of tea!
So, there you have it, not only is the HP LJ1010 a real head-turner, but she offers dependable, high quality printing, at a fraction of the price. In other words, she's a pleasure to print with!

I purchase the above approx 2 years ago. I have never had one problem with it or needed to buy a replacement cartridge. Yes the cartridges are £40 each (or £28ish if you accept compatible) but for two years printing I call that a bargain! If all you need are black and white prints, then this is the printer for you. Clean printing, fast and reliable.
