Thank you for following up on my Order #106651. The shipment was received, and I want to acknowledge three things:
First of all, it is unusual these days for any company to follow up on orders as consistently as you do, and I appreciate that. In the time that I have been ordering ink from PrintCountry, you have always displayed outstanding customer service. Your pricing is great, but pricing is not the only consideration in selecting a vendor – customer service is more important to me as a small business owner, and that you check in with me after each order is part of the reason you are at the top of my list in that regard.
Second, every time I have ordered from you, the shipment arrives within a few days, and has always been complete and exact. There has not been a single "snafu." Your rapid response and consistent correctness is impressive, and another reason I will continue to order from you.
Third, we use a Canon i9900 printer, and have followed several online debates about the quality of inks. What has come clear, through independent tests done by several professionals is that the G&G brand is the absolute best quality ink on the market. I am grateful that, from the start, my orders have been filled with G&G brand.
Your production, follow-up and management staff have earned my applause, and I have referred numerous other business owners to your site.
