Sometimes cheaper printers end up costing more because its ink cartridges may be way expensive. You should calculate the "cost of ownership" per month. The math is simple: (number of prints per month) times (cost of the cartridge) divided by (the yield of the cartridge). Yield is the number of pages that can be printed with one particular cartridge. Pros: Fast printing for business applications. Automatic document feeder (ADF). Direct printing from memory cards. E-mail directly from AIO unit using optional built built-in keyboard.
Cons: Relatively slow for photos. Some features -- like the driver for faxing from programs on your computer -- do not install with a network connection.
Bottom Line: Too big to fit comfortably on most desks, the HP Officejet 9130 all-in-one offers five AIO functions: Print, copy, scan, fax, and e-mail, using the built-in keyboard. An Ethernet connector combined with fast printing for business applications make it well suited to a small office.
