Canon Pixma ip5000 combines the print head technology with advanced 5-color printing, for fast, high-definition photos. Canon Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) uses a high-performance 1,856-nozzle print head that ejects precise, consistent droplets as small as 1 picoliter.
Canon Pixma ip5000 produces true-quality photos and fine text at impressive speeds such as 25 ppm black, 17 ppm color speed.
As well as plain and photo papers, Canon ip5000 accepts envelopes and transparencies. You can also print on two sides of the paper and store photo and plain paper in seperate trays at the same time.
Thanks to the PictBridge technology found in Canon Pixma ip5000, you can print directly from a PictBridge-compatible digital camera or DV camcorder, without your computer.
