Canon's i860 features a symmetrical print head design that virtually eliminates color variance and banding problems typically found with conventional high speed printing. The Canon i860 printer also enables you to print edge-to-edge true borderless photos in 4 x 6, 5 x 7 and 8.5 x 11 in. sizes, with the look and feel of traditional photographs.
Canon introduces the ContrastPLUS, an advanced 5 color ink cartridge system. So Canon i860 prints black text quality with a pigment-based black ink cartridge. And it provides true 4 color photo printing with a photo black ink for improved image contrast and overall photo sharpness.
With Canon i860's direct photo printing technology, you can print without a computer by connecting any Bubble Jet Direct or PictBridge-compatible digital camera or camcorder to the front-panel Direct Print Port.
