- We understand that you sometimes need to return items, we try our best to make the return as easy as possible. Please be sure to read all the guidelines below.
- ****You must have an RMA number to return any merchandise****
- Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be sent to recycle; no refunds or exchanges will be given. Items sent without an RMA number cannot be returned to the sender.
- In order to keep our prices low we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage fees. Both the original shipping fee and the return postage fee are non-refundable. If you received free shipping in your original order $4.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund amount. The buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs. We will not refund any shipping fees.
- If we sent a wrong item to you, please fill out the first section of the RMA form
- Any items that have notices, special case indications, compatible tables, their own instructions embedded in the product offering have different return policies. All special compatible and remanufactured items like CLI-8 (No Chip) and T069 Epson remanufactured or compatible cartridges are not returnable. We have the discretion to accept returns on all special item cases (like T069 series, T078 series, CLI-8 etc...) all applicable shipping and restocking fees will apply.
- If the items being returned are damaged, opened, or otherwise in non resalable condition, the amount of the item will be deducted from the refund. This includes items with writing on the boxes, cartridges sent back without boxes, boxes that have ink stains due to opened items not packaged as requested, etc.
- We suggest using a traceable method (or at least a confirmation service) for your return to ensure that the package is not lost.
- One RMA number is permitted per invoice. If you have multiple orders you must receive an RMA number for each order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any service that voids the return policy.
- If you would like to receive an RMA number please fill out this RMA form.
- For orders receiving free shipping you will be charged the actual shipping fee.
- Any opened cartridge being returned must be 70% full (determined by weight) in order to receive a refund.
- If you have received a "promotional" item in your order and return any item(s) from your order the promotion will be void. The value of the "promotional" item will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We value you as a customer and look forward to providing you with affordable ink cartridges/toners for all your printer needs.
- All international shipments outside of the continental US as sold as is. PrintCountry.com is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, customs fees incurred, or lost shipments. All sales are final for international orders, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY FOR REFUND
- You must request a return for refund within 6 months after the invoice date. No refunds will be issued after 6 months. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns for a refund.
- Your refund will be issued once the items have been received and inspected. Your refund will be issued within 7-14 business days of receipt.
- The refund will be issued to the credit card originally used to purchase the order. Any exceptions must be approved.
- If your credit card used to purchase the items has been cancelled we must be notified of this change. If we are not notified of a cancelled account the credit will be applied to that account and it is up to the bank (credit card company) to issue the check. We are not responsible for credits applied to closed accounts and will not issue a second type of refund.
RETURN POLICY FOR INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS
- We have a 6 month return policy for exchange of compatible and remanufactured cartridges.
- If you would like to exchange your cartridges for another type please be sure that the cartridges are unopened and fall within the policy guidelines. You will need to fill out the RMA form, please click here.
RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGES
- Most issues can be addressed by troubleshooting. Please fill out the form at the following link explaining your problem and we will get back to you within 1 business day to provide the needed troubleshooting, click here.
- If the troubleshooting does not work you will need to place a new order for the cartridge. The shipping fees will be waived for the new order if we are notified of this replacement order when your RMA form is filled out (we must be notified the same day the order is placed). You will request a RMA number in order to return the defective cartridge for a refund. Please be sure to hold on to the defective cartridge, we will need this back from you in order to issue you a credit.
- If you do not wish for a replacement cartridge you can request a refund.
- Refund will only be issued for one open set of cartridges (a set consists of one black and one color cartridge) when troubleshooting has been tried. If you do not wish to try the troubleshooting you will only be able to return the unopened cartridges for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees. Please contact us before opening additional cartridges if you encounter any problems.
RETURN POLICY FOR OEM CARTRIDGES/REFILL KITS/PAPER
- We do not accept any OEM returns. If you encounter problems or receive a defective cartridge please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure.
- Refill kits and photo paper are not returnable once opened. If the items are unopened the return policy guidelines apply and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
CANCELLED ORDERS, REFUSED PACKAGES OR ADDRESS ERRORS
- If the order has already been processed we are not able to cancel the order.
- If a package is refused you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be contacted. You will be able to have the package reshipped with the shipping fees recharged to your credit card. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees.
GIFT CARDS & SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
- If a gift card is used for your order the items are non-refundable.
- There can be no reimbursement for the used gift cards.
- If you have received a "promotional" item in your order and return any item(s) from your order the promotion will be void. The value of the "promotional" item will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Sample values packs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
