Over the last few days I have had occasion to communicate with your customer service people about a rather complicated (for me) cartridge exchange issue. Without exception, the girls I talked with were highly efficient, prompt, courteous and very tolerant of my limited knowledge of the subject. The issue was resolved quickly and completely.This should come as no surprise to me as I have always had excellent experiences with Print Country service and products during the two years or so that I have been a customer. You should be cited as the standard for other companies to emulate.
