Unfortunately, the first shipment of two printer cartridges (for an Epson C-60 Stylus printer)never reached me, so I called your company and reached Ele. She was kind enough to refill the order and sent it out Priority Mail. I received the package two days later, and although I have only had occasion to print one document since installing the first cartridge, the print quality seems to be good. I thank you you for your quick response to my first order and subsequent re-order.
