"Good Morning: My nme is Brenda Baker. I called late Friday for ink cartridges. I had a final exam, and had not printed all the lessons, and lots of printing to do. My confirmation # was 324327. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name I talked to. I explained the urgency of needing these cartridges, and he said he would try to ship that day. I really didn't expect it to ship until today. I was printing many pages, and there was a knock on the door. It was my cartridges! Moments later, I ran out of ink, and was so happy the cartridges had arrived. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to finish. WOW!!! That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Please look up my Confirmation # and find out who I spoke with. Please thank him for me, and give him a good pat on the back and a raise! He went so far out of his way to get these cartridges shipped promptly, and I cannot thank him enough. He really helped me by cutting my frustration level.
